BioOur Motto: Tribuo vita voluntas
Ladies Of (the) House was created as a light-hearted fan site for Hugh Laurie and all things Hugh. But we also have a serious purpose as well. This LJ is also here to raise awareness for Save The Children. We have been working for Save The Children (STC) for a couple of years now and realized our scope could be broader by closing our website and entering the LJ community.
Ladies Of (the) House, LLC was created as a means to raise funds for Save The Children and other charities. We were incorporated on June 11, 2007. This is a not-for-profit group and no one receives payment for their efforts.
LOtH took STC red logo t-shirts to Ellen DeGeneres and Craig Ferguson while in L.A. Craig signed his and we auctioned it off & all money raised went to STC. We also gave Craig an STC wristband which he wore on air! LOtH also sponsored the ONLY approved theatre screening of Band From TV's DVD, 'Hoggin' All The Covers'. And we have just gotten started!
